Champions released

I want to talk a little about David the man who would be the Lord’s appointed warrior chosen specifically for kingship. The story I wish to share is in the book of 1st Samuel 17:42-47.

Whether you think it or not, like it or not, if you are a believer you've been uniquely chosen just as David and others were chosen in days of old. You've been chosen for such a time as this. Chosen by the Spirit, chosen by the Lord. How often do we even think about that? How often do we think that the Creator of the Universe chose me before the foundation of the world? He has chosen you before the Foundation of the world and I believe it was a good choice. I believe that the Lord chose you and He knew what He was doing. You don't have to know what you're doing because he knows what he's doing.

We must believe that His plan, His purpose is bigger than me, bigger than the church, bigger than any single country and bigger than the world. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son for you and me. I want you to close your eyes for a moment with your hand on your heart and I will pray that every heart will be quite open to receive from Him. I declare Thy kingdom come, Lord, Thy will be done in every heart in the name of Jesus.

It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me. I'm going to ask you this question: how many of you believe the Word of God? There are many words that are in there that become a great challenge to us. However, I believe in a God that is more than able to do what He says He's going to do. He's going to have His way. I was mentioning to somebody a while back, we can all be caught by the circumstances of life but God is never surprised by the circumstances around you. It may be shocking to us but they're not shocking to God.

Most of us would know the story of David, if you've been a Christian for any amount of time. David was chosen and many thought he was not qualified. I'm telling you, you are chosen no different than David, of course for a different assignment, but you were chosen just the same as David. Never dismiss what God desires to do in and through your heart, in your life. I'm going to suggest this to you that God would do it all over again just for you. He delights in choosing those people that think that they're not qualified because it's the Lord that qualifies them. It is the Lord that goes into your heart and changes you from the inside out. I believe that He is more than able to go in and change me from my DNA outward. One such life was the life of David. What made David unique? What makes you unique? You guys are believers and that makes you unique, that makes you qualified.

I believe this is a way that the Lord works- He releases things into our lives when we need it. Not when we think we need it but when He thinks we need it. There are many mysteries and secrets that are still hidden in the scripture. You may not think that but I definitely think that. Why did it take almost 1700 years for Martin Luther to arrive? Seventeen hundred years after Christ has arrived and He came with a different revelation that shock Christianity to it’s core. What was this revelation? That we must accept Jesus in faith, we must accept Him in faith. So there became a major shift and a truth was revealed 1700 years after Christ walked on the earth. I find this interesting-why did it take 1700 years to be released.

I will use another example. Many reading this, have heard of the Azusa Street revival in the United States. There, in 1906 they had a spiritual encounter where the gifts of tongues were released. It became a new revelation and God did it. Тhere are things we still haven't seen in scripture and I believe the Lord still desires to release them to us. What do we do in the process? We keep walking upright, we keep walking in obedience knowing that God is going to have it His way.

Think about this that you could get up at any time empowered by the Spirit of God and if that is indeed the case you will walk in the Words of heaven. The words of heaven are always advancing. I believe that God doesn't believe in going back or tearing down except to rebuild. So I'm going to suggest this when you go through hardships, when you go through challenges, maybe the Lord is tearing something down to build something up in your life. If He's got your whole heart everything will work out according to His plans, His purposes.

In many respects, It's not about our lives, it's about the kingdom of God and when we understand that our lives shift. So this happened in David's life. He was overlooked by men but he was chosen by God. So don't be afraid to be overlooked by men and women because you are chosen by God and He has already done it. The moment that you accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord you were changed. You may not feel changed or you may feel changed. I feel changed every day. Sometimes walking in that realm with the Lord is simply a decision to be obedient to everything the Lord asks you to do. It should be beyond yourself. In other words your natural abilities will be transformed by supernatural abilities. That's all I want. I just want to serve the Lord in obedience and be moulded into His image. Amen!

It was in 2013 that the Lord took me into a revelation that totally and completely changed my perception of scripture truth. I call it “The Release of Champions” and I'm going to suggest this to you- you're all champions by the grace of God. You may not think you can do it but I really believe that there's coming a day when the Lord will release His grace to propel you into your realm of being a champion.

There is something about a champion. A champion knows they are a champion even before they have entered the fight. I believe the Lord chooses champions in advance. Champions are determined in advance. In a spiritual vision from the Lord in 2013 I felt He said this to me: that there is coming a time when He will release grace for every believer’s life. How many of you know they need grace? How many of you know you cannot do it with your own strength?

There is a grace that is coming that says you will walk as champions. Here is another thing about champions: every champion understands to take their position they will have a fight. That a fight goes on to keep them from being that champion. The enemy of our soul comes against it but when God says something that's it. It is finished! If He said it I believe it. I will minister on it.Why? Many that are reading this right now do not know that they are champions that can change the world. You are called for such a time as this.

I will even say that if the Bible was written today your name may be in it. My name is in it-Peter. What I do many times is I put my name into biblical characters. So when Joshua got the instruction to take the people into the Promised Land he didn't hesitate. He just went and took the ark and travelled into the Promised Land that was full of giants, of opposition, of the enemy. I'll even suggest that even God put them there. You may not have time to think about this today, maybe the opposition that is coming against you, God is certainly aware of it, He may have ordained it. He's not caught by surprise. Only we are. Why is that? Because we have natural limitations.

The Lord says in His Word- His ways are higher than our ways, His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. God has got a good plan not only for your life, for the generations to follow, for your family, for the offspring that are coming, for the church. He's got a plan. I believe that He's releasing champions to take the mantle, the baton and take it and run. Run your race because God has ordained it. Will there be bumps on the road? Yes, but champions drive right over the top. I'll give you some secrets that I believe I carry.

In Bulgaria I drive a vehicle that is supercharged 1.40 litre engine and at any given moment I can get a speeding ticket just going down the road in it. I'll tell you a secret about that vehicle, If I just get in it and I just try to start it, it won't. But there is a secret key and you push this little button and all of a sudden you can start that vehicle. It takes off like nobody's business. Why? Because you got the key, somebody told you the secret and now you know it. So then every time when you get in to drive that vehicle you say- hey, I know how to get this thing rolling and release it. Some may be watching for you because you know a key that is going to accelerate that vehicle.

So getting back to this vision. I believe that I am called to be a champion and I really think about these things. It is not just a thing that's way up there and I'm after it and I don't know if I'm ever going to get it. I just say I'm going to receive it and I walk in it. Not in my strength and I know this it's totally in His strength. When I am weak and even the weaker I am the stronger He is in me. That is scriptural. So if you're feeling weak today in your walk with the Lord, weak because maybe you think you missed it. I'm here to tell you that you are a champion. Whether you believe it or not, that's between you and the Lord.

But I believe this-your life is ordained by God and you are called to be a champion despite the obstacles, despite the barriers, despite the things that go on around you. That you are called to be a champion. Did David make mistakes? He was the author of mistakes. But I do believe that God uses everything to propel us closer to Him. That's the good, the bad and the ugly. So I'm convinced that if you get nothing out of this, understand this- there is grace coming for you, for me, for everyone.

A grace is coming and it's not about your personality. It's about Him working in

you exactly like scripture says in that “HE is the author and finisher of our faith” and I believe it. I don't want to surprise anybody but I have a personality and God is happy with me. He knows I make mistakes, he knows I'm imperfect and he knows you are imperfect. Yet you can stay with your head held high because you are a champion when anxiety tries to attack you. Recently I talked with somebody on the phone. Incredibly under attack because of anxiety. So what I do, I keep reinforcing over everyone that you are a son or a daughter of the most high. When you walk in this realm of revelation that I am talking about it causes you to shift everything that you see in your mind.

If we could truly see through the eyes of Christ. I am excited about your future. I'm excited about what God wants to do in and through you because I know it's good. I ache when people ache. I rejoice when people rejoice but the burdens are never ours to take. We must keep bringing it to the foot of the Cross. Everything to the foot of the Cross. When you can't figure out why things are going the way they're going and you can't figure it out, take those things to the foot of the Cross. Do not waver because the Lord is releasing something that is going to propel you into a greater realm.

So let's go to the scripture in 1st Samuel 17:42-47. So I compare myself to everybody in the scripture. I could have been David. I could have been assigned to that time but God said no. I am sending you to Bulgaria in your latter years. I know I am a champion

in the Lord’s strength. Not in me I'm not boasting in me. I have seen the Lord at work in my life He still is at work.

Do you know what? Every champion understands their position and the Lord will release a grace for it. Could it be today? Yes, I believe in it every day. I believe in divine appointments every day. Every day that I will walk in the realm of being a champion. What Christians do many times is that we put out all of the activity in the scripture way up and out of our reach and unattainable. There is only one person mentioned in the scripture that was perfect. Everyone else was imperfect but God chose them anyway. He chose you. There is no difference from you being chosen than David being chosen because you're chosen for such a time as this. How does that look for you? I don't know if you're going to have to kill a Goliath but you may in the spirit have to take something on. You know what I'm talking about. That you're going to have to take things on not in your strength but in the strength of heaven. That's what a champion is and the champion knows he's going to have fights spiritually We do not wrestle against flesh and blood but we wrestle against principalities, powers and rulers of the darkness.

So if we know that today I'm going to ask you to take your rightful place and really check the scriptures and see what God says about you. Who he sees you as. It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me. I believe we can have that. How do you believe? I believe everything that he has released in the scripture is available. Enoch, he was taken. He didn't die a natural death and if God did it once He can do it again. It's a promise. Would he do it again? If it's for His plans and purposes, if it is for your plans and purposes I would say no. But when God is in it, watch and see what will happen. Is He big enough to bring things together, the creator of the universe?

I shared with someone last week-if you sin just repent and go forward forgetting what lies behind. Where you may have sinned yesterday repent go forward and let transformation come by the Spirit of God. Where we feel weak, inadequate and incapable God fills in the gaps. He does it and he'll do it for you like he did for David. The thing about this scripture- the devil will always try to intimidate you anytime you're fulfilling the mandate of heaven. The devil will try to have you back down, he'll try to say no that's not God, no it's not. I've had lots of opposition about coming to Bulgaria. However it's God that I'm here, it's not me. And if it's Him then watch and see the fruit that will be produced. I know this is of Him and watch and see what fruit will be produced. His grace is the enabling power of God.

Many people in Christianity think that grace is just to cover our sins. No, grace is there to allow for us to walk free of our sins in the name of Jesus. So the devil will always try to intimidate you, Goliath tried to intimidate David. I want you to see what David had to say. David wasn't shaking when everybody in the camp laughed thinking that he could take on Goliath. His brothers who knew him, they laughed, they were concerned for his life but David knew something. David knew he was in the hands of a mighty God. It shows up in the words he utilizes. What words do you utilize? Are you walking in that realm of faith where you believe faith things? Or are you walking in the realm where you release fear? Faith is the substance of things we hope for. What does Faith look like in your life? Do you have faith to see those mountains removed? The champion laugh at the opposition. They laugh because there is a mindset that knows that they're champions and that's the mindset I want to release.

Everybody is in a fight, the fight of your life, the fight for your life, the fight for the kingdom of God, the fight for your family, the fight for the Will of God. The fight is there with the grace of God there for you to draw upon.

I want to share the words again what David said in verse 1 Samuel 17:4545 David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the LORD Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied." David wasn't swayed. He already knew he had won before the fight. He already knew he had the victory because the Lord gave it to him. Specifically choose him like He has chosen you. There are fights you're going to have that David didn't have, there are fights David had that you won't have. There'll be some that are called to be martyrs; they may not be among us but the church of God advances under persecution.

So every time I'm opposed I know something good is happening. That became a mindset, I had to change my thinking to have it aligned with heaven. I'm never defeated, I'm victorious. I may lose some battles but I'm never defeated because I walk with the Most High and those chosen we'll never be defeated because they walk with the Most High. Even if you feel defeated it may be the victory of the Lord carefully camouflaged. We look at the things of the past and we say I screwed up there and there, I did this wrong, I did that wrong, I made this big mistake, but God doesn't look at that. He looks at something different.

If you're a child of the Most High and you are repenting before Him and you keep your dominion and authority that he has given you even your defeats will become victories in the hands of this mighty God. I think I have shared about a gentleman backing into me with his vehicle at a stop sign. He got out yelling and swearing but I knew that was a divine appointment so I said- come and sit at the back of my vehicle. He gets in my back seat and he's still swearing, still angry. So I start to carefully point him in a different direction. I tell him about the Lord, calm, cool, collected because I know he's frustrated right now. He's out of the will of God. You know God's got a plan and it involves every moment of our day. We exchanged our documents for insurance etcetera. 15 minutes later he's leaving my vehicle and he says to me-I'm so sorry! I wasn't angry at you, I was angry at me for being so stupid to run into you the way I did. See that was a divine appointment and I saw it that way. There will be people coming across your path and they may not have good things to say but perhaps that's a divine appointment. Perhaps God is at work, perhaps that person needs a revelation of Christ.

David talked always about what his God was going to do. I want to fit that pattern. I want to be a champion representing the Kingdom of God. It is not because I preach or I have a spiritual office or something. It's because I'm a believer. Everything I do is because I actually believe the Word of God. God's looking for that kind of person. You will be a champion and the Lord will change your mindset. When the scripture talks about being moulded into the image of Christ let's just let Him do it. Let Him do it. I've had people trying to kill me, pulling guns on me, 6 guys wanted to beat me up one night. I'm still here, still on an assignment, witnessing the power of God.

I want to release something to you, an encounter that the Lord desires for you. To release that mindset that shifts the way we think. It's really truly about the Lord Jesus Christ and what he's done. I know who I am in Christ Jesus not in Peter Nash. When I get up under the anointing I know the Lord is at work in my heart. Walking day by day being moulded into His champion and it is available to you through a release of supernatural grace. Much love.
